Pharmacy Peer Support
The RPhAlly Pharmacy Peer Support Group is led by the VP of Ethics and Support, Dr. Eric Speck PharmD. It welcomes all RPhAlly members to discuss issues ranging from general well-being and mental health to substance use and legal concerns. This includes all topics related to the following matters:

Recreational drug use

Administrative and criminal legal problems
Nothing is off-limits for this group. This is a place anyone can come to talk about whatever is bothering them and what issues they are going through. Our profession always demands professionalism. Sometimes it is nice to speak candidly with colleagues who truly understand. This peer support group is open to anyone looking to develop a new support network or expand their existing one.
Dr. Erick Speck, PharmD
Having been in recovery for nearly ten years and through multiple treatment programs for chemical dependency, pharmacy board licensing discipline, criminal convictions, and administrative law matters attended over 1,000 peer support meetings, participated in healthcare professionals monitoring programs, and has been through numerous psychiatric and psychological treatment modalities, Dr. Speck has seen it all and gained an incredible amount of insight and knowledge along the way. He has seen the power of peer support and how it dramatically improved his life and the lives of many others. He is grateful to use his experience, strength, and hope to help others overcome whatever challenges they may be facing.
